• License to TuneVolt: By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving Sparky.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, technologies, and trademarks associated with TuneVolt and Sparky are protected under intellectual property laws.

• Ownership: This includes software code, proprietary algorithms, brand identity (e.g., "Sparky", TuneVolt name and logos), design elements, and audiovisual components.

• Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any TuneVolt intellectual property.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Sparky’s source code.

  • Use TuneVolt trademarks without prior written authorization.

  • Create derivative products based on our content or services.

Violations of our intellectual property rights are taken seriously and may result in legal action, including civil or criminal prosecution. TuneVolt reserves the right to seek damages, court injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.

5. Termination

Your access to Sparky may only be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, particularly the Use of Services or Intellectual Property sections.

• We will provide notice where reasonable and may revoke access to protect the integrity, safety, or legal compliance of our platform.

• Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

• Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of Sparky is entirely at your own risk. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that our platform is error-free.
